This magnificent property, facing the sea, consists of a 600 sqm villa set in 12,000 sqm of gardens on the west side of Cap d’Antibes. The main house has 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. There is an additional guest house containing 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate staff apartment containing 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The decoration of the house is an eclectic mix of Provençal style and contemporary furnishings. There are two terraces off the main house where guests can read the paper, sunbathe or take their morning breakfast. The villa is well equipped with its own bar and TV area, tennis court and guitar-shaped swimming pool as well as offering various outdoor eating areas from which to take in the tranquil surroundings. There are also several beaches which are either within walking distance, or a very short drive away. In summary, an ideal location for large families or for those just wanting space and privacy for a relaxing holiday.

• For rentals of less than 2 weeks in July and August, there will be a 10% surcharge.
• The posted rental rates include a fee for electricity and final cleaning.
• There may be additional charges for pool heating and telephone use.
• There will be a cash security deposit required (approximately one quarter of the total cost for the booking).
