This magnificent villa is ideally situated in ‘Les Parcs de Saint Tropez' and on the seaside with a private access to the beach.

The interiors are spacious and comfortably furnished with a discreet finishing touch and there is a great outdoor living area. The villa has been well designed as the living room, the dining room, the terraces, the master bedroom and several other bedrooms benefit from the wonderful sea view.

The attractive swimming pool, with overflow effect and large sunbathing area, will be appreciated by everyone. In addition there is a pool house with summer kitchen, grill, bar and shower room.

On the ground floor is the living room with French windows which overlook the sea and leads onto a covered terrace with a nice outdoor sitting area. The dining room, library, and a fully equipped kitchen are also on this floor together with the master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Two sets of stairs lead to two twin bedrooms on the first floor both with en-suite shower rooms and the other leading to two double bedrooms also with en-suite shower rooms.

All in all a perfect place for a very special and relaxing holiday, capped by the excellent outdoor seating and dining areas which enjoy tremendous sea views.
