Fontcaudette is a property consisting of 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The ground floor offers of a large living room with a beamed sloping ceiling and flagstone floors, a Provençale stone open fireplace, a study/TV room, dining room with flagstone floors, and French doors leading to the terrace.

There is a well equipped kitchen with a further dining area, and door leading to a dining terrace with barbecue. Separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer are available.

The swimming pool is a key feature on these beautiful grounds. The pool has been fitted with an automatic shutter in compliance with French pool safety legislation. The pool side is comfortably equipped with loungers and shaded by a "tonnelle".

Although there are a few steps down to the pool and to the house from the car park area, the ground floor bedrooms and living area and outdoor terraces are all on one level and would be ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

The villa has a large landscaped garden, a boules court, a table tennis and a lawn where children can play. The garden and terrace provide ample space for outdoor dining, with a gas barbecue provided for guests’ use.

Fontcaudette also has automatic gates, an entry phone and an alarm, and has car parking for 4 cars.
