Villa Du Golf

Villa du Golf is an 800 meters squared home on more than one hectare of landscaped garden with a large (17m) heated swimming pool with a central islet. The pool is accompanied by a pool-house (60 m² with summer kitchen and bar, showers and toilets). Outdoors is also a clay tennis court with automatic sprinklers, golf landscape: pitch and putt with 3 greens and 4 bunkers, 1 car-port for 3 cars and a large car place. The 4 wings have different access to many salons and all 9 bedrooms

First Level:
The entrance leads to a reception area and dining room (135 meters squared). There is a fully equipped kitchen, a salon with a sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (double bed -1,40- and 2 single beds), 2 single bedrooms (single bed), 2 double bedrooms with a queen size bed, 4 bathrooms (1 with tub, 3 with shower and 3 toilets).

Second Level:
The master bedroom (100 meters squared) has a large king size bed (2 meters x 2 meters) with en-suite bath, a small salon, 2 bathrooms: one with shower, the large second one with tub, 2 other bedrooms with 2 standard beds (1,40), a TV salon with 1 sofa bed for 2 people and a second one with 1 single. There is a grand salon with a sofa bed (queen size bed), dining room, large fully equipped kitchen and 2 toilets.

• Heating for the villa is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified. When not included, heating will be charged based on usage upon check out
• Guests are responsible for any phone charges incurred. Use of a credit or calling card is highly suggested.
• Check-in: 4:00-6:00 pm
• Check-out: 10am
• Arrivals on Sundays, Holidays, and late at night are generally not possible
• All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday

Getting There Guests will generally arrive into Nice airport (NCE) and then rent a car to drive to the villa

• Luxurious and outstanding property. Exceptionally well located and easy access by the A8 highway. 20 minutes from the international airport Nice Côte d'Azur. Close by the very famous Golf Country Club of Mougins. Caretaker on the spot in a wing of the villa.. Many beaches :

• Plages de Golfe Juan -port Camille Rayon : at 8,5 kilometers (10 minutes)

• Extra cost for heating the swimming pool ~€ 150 per day (~€ 750 for heating before arrival in winter).
