Statues of various epochs and of various personages have pride of place, while other imposing characters peer down from splendid portraits; priceless hand-painted cabinets and superbly carved mirrors share the space with local olive jars that have also survived the centuries. The amenities in this gracious home however, are definitely up to date, with a superbly fitted kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and stylish bathrooms. Outdoors is an extensive garden awaits you, with terraces and a shaded dining area, fragrant plants and mature trees. Alongside the heated pool is a pool house complete with a summer kitchen and barbecue. How better to spend the time while the coals get glowing than with a game of pétanque on the court nearby? The property is surrounded by 2 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, with terraces, shaded dining areas and several seating areas.
