Second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed, 1 with 2 single beds (it is possible to connect to make a king size bed). There are 2 bathrooms en-suite with shower, basin and WC.

From the courtyard is access to the guest house with on the ground floor an entrance/ bar with TV, table and fridge. There is also access through a bathroom with shower and WC to a double bedroom with an electric king size bed. French windows opening to the courtyard.

On the second floor of the guest house: 2 bedrooms, both with 2 singles (king size possible), independent WC. a bathroom with shower and basin separated by a curtain, wooden floor. A second bedroom has access through a large bathroom with shower and basin, 2 single beds, and a tile floor decorated with Arabian atmosphere.

Villa Policy

• Heating for the villa is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified. When not included, heating will be charged based on usage upon check out
• Guests are responsible for any phone charges incurred. Use of a credit or calling card is highly suggested.
• Check-in: 4:00-6:00 pm
• Check-out: 10am
• Arrivals on Sundays, Holidays, and late at night are generally not possible
• All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday

Getting There Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets

Location

• Located in the hamlet of Maubec between Cavaillon and Coustellet: all small shops (grocery, baker…) in the village
• Supermarkets in Cavaillon at 10 km
• Avignon at 30km
• Gordes at 10 km
• Marseille and the beach at 45 minutes by high way.

Additional Information

• Extra cleaning: ~€25 per hour
• It is possible to rent the main part of Les 2 Maisons in low season but only for smaller parties. Rates on request.
• Extra cost for heating the swimming pool : ~€100 per week. Ask in advance
