Villa Boulbon

The main house , with a living area of 400 meters squared provides 5 bedrooms on the same level and a contiguous studio with 1 bedroom. Entrance hall with has a cloakroom and toilets. On the right side are 2 double bedrooms: one named « Vacances » with a king size bed, bathroom with bath tub and terrace. The second bedroom is named « Grand Siècle » and also has a king size bed and bathroom with shower.

All the linen and bath robes are refined as the interior decoration. On the left is a large salon with a fireplace (wood provided for free by the caretaker), multilingual library, Satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, Telephone and HS Internet access. Dining room, Fully equipped kitchen with intercom to the entrance gate has a Dishwasher, US fridge, micro waves, and many food processors, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The 3 other bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bath tub, a shower, toilet. One is located at the North side “Ondine” and has a queen size bed, another is at the South side “Badayere” is with a king size bed, and the third “Blue” is a single room with a large single bed. At the back of the villa sits a studio which is nicely decorated with a standard double sized bed, a small bathroom with a shower and toilets, a kitchen and a living room with TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and sofa. The entire house is nicely decorated with Art works which could be bought.

• Check-out: 10am
• Arrivals on Sundays, Holidays, and late at night are generally not possible
• All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
• Security deposit: ~€ 3000 in cash at the arrival if not paid in advance by CC authorization.

Getting There Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets
