The owner converted this old farmhouse into a luxurious house with high end amenities: In the main house are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a professional kitchen, air conditioning throughout, sophisticated video security system, high speed Internet access, and 8 bikes at your disposal. Attached is the guest house with a salon, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a small chapel for reception or a wedding The houses are nestled in one hectare landscaped garden located in a secure 40 hectare estate shared with the owner who lives nearby (independent and separate access). Outside is a huge heated and electrolysis treatment swimming pool (16,5m x 5,5m) also equipped with a countercurrent. The pool has been fitted with an automatic shutter in compliance with French pool safety legislation. There is a separate shallow swimming pool with a fountain for children. There is also a tennis court, child friendly garden, and a lovely and very well equipped pool house with summer dining room, fully equipped kitchen with pizza oven, US fridge, oven, Microwave, gas BBQ, induction hobs, a bathroom with a shower, toilets and wash basin, garden furniture. The tennis court is only 200 meters away with night lighting and a ball launcher (schedule to be shared with the owner). Main house :Ground floor.:
North entrance has a large hall, toilets for guests, and a spiral staircase that leads down to a nice wine cellar with tasting bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau induction cooker, 2 Dishwashers, 1 steamer, 2 ovens, hot plate, 1 ice maker, fridge, freezer, vegetable fridge, cellar, video screen (covering the entire estate with 9 cameras for security, opening gate, lighting house and garden, A/C temperature...) the must in matter of home automation and laundry room with washer and dryer. The dining room can seat up to 12 people. On the same level as the garden is a double bedroom with a king size bed, en suite a bath room with large shower (a bench, a large shower head + a shower hand), 2 wash basins, separate toilet. A nice salon with a fireplace, sofas, large screen TV with DVD and TPS satellite. Air Conditioned and ideal for a nanny with children, for teenagers or for personal staff. It has a TV, dining room, fully equipped Kitchen and 3 bedrooms. One on the 1st level with king size bed (2 adjoined single beds) and complete bathroom (tub and shower) then two bedrooms with twin beds on the 2d level sharing a bathroom with a shower. The guest house is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance.
