There are two living rooms, a bar, fireplace, two satellite TVs (one is a big-screen TV), and a DVD player. The beautiful dining room table seats ten. The fully equipped kitchen has two sinks, a microwave, dishwasher and a La Cornu stove. All of the appliances are top quality. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The study has a fax machine and telephone. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm king-size canopied bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower that is handicap accessible. This bedroom has a double sofa bed.

First floor:
Going up a flight of stairs, there are four beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. The second bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub. The third bedroom has two 85 cm twin beds (that can be combined upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. The fourth and master bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed, a sofa bed, access to a terrace with beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub. Each of these bedrooms can be made up as king-size or separated into two twin beds.

While there are no screens on the windows and doors, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The gated property has an automatic entrance gate and an alarm system. There are five acres surrounding the villa. The large pool (fenced or the children's safety) is complete with waterfall and automatic cleaning. There is a pool house equipped with a summer kitchen. There is also a sauna, and a covered spa (for 6 people). The pool is heated from May through October, other months on request. There is also a bathroom with shower nearby.

Getting There Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets Location
